Single Site COLARIS®
NO MUTATION DETECTED

A no mutation detected result on a Single Site test means that your patient did not inherit HNPCC and the related cancer risks. Your patient's risk of developing cancer is similar to that of the general population, given that there are no cancer concerns on the opposite side of the family. Your patient may still have moderately increased risks of cancer due to lifestyle or environmental factors and medical management should be based on those risk factors.
